Welcome to Rememble, a service provided by Chrono Pop LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rememble platform, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Rememble ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant Chrono Pop LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Chrono Pop LLC's business.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party or violate any law.
Chrono Pop LLC reserves the right to remove or modify User Content for any reason, including if it violates these Terms.

Some features of the Service may be offered for a fee or require a subscription. If you choose to purchase a subscription or any other paid service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms or required by law.
Chrono Pop LLC reserves the right to change its pricing at any time, but any price changes will only affect future payments and not payments already made.
Chrono Pop LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any licenses granted to you under these Terms will be revoked.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance. Chrono Pop LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall Chrono Pop LLC, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service or any content therein.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chrono Pop LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Davenport, Iowa, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Chrono Pop LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Chrono Pop LLC's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
